Habits , they are formed by repetition
Once formed, changing them is a near to
impossible mission
Good habits are difficult to form at start
But once cultivated they provide your life a
healthy start
There is no gain without pain
Hence good habits will take some effort but will
never go in vain
Bad habits are easy to form
But changing them is difficult overall
Always try to learn from the good
